Appointment Policy – Tattoos & Piercings
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork.
• Age & ID Requirements:
• You must be 18 years or older with a valid ID,
• Or 16+ with a parent or legal guardian present.
• If under 18, the parent/guardian must bring a valid ID and the minor’s birth certificate.
Piercing Age Guidelines:
• 14 & under: Ear lobe piercings only.
• 15–17 years old: Eligible for all piercings except nipples and genitals, which require you to be 18+.
